Product details:
The fully automatic demoulding counting machine for gloves is a fully automatic equipment that takes off the gloves in the upper half off state of the hand mold for detection, counting and sorting, and completes demoulding and stacking into stacks according to the set quantity and left-right alternating mode. This equipment has high intelligence, wide application range, and has the function of production line production data statistics. Data upload can be completed according to customer production requirements.

 

 

High Speed Neat:
Type I remove 5 groups of gloves at a time, and each group can adapt to the vehicle speed: 180 pieces / min.
Type II remove 6 groups of gloves at a time, and each group can adapt to the vehicle speed: 220 pieces / min.
We can design automatic glove demoulding counting machine with higher or lower speed for customers.

Product details:
The glove long-distance vertical lifting conveyor is used in conjunction with the automatic counting machine to realize the long-distance transportation of gloves before being boxed. Match the speed with the counting machine to realize automatic docking without manual intervention, and automatically distinguish gloves on side a  A/ B at the conveying end to ensure clear model in the production process of gloves. After the gloves are transported and packaged, the staff only need to do a good job in the operation supervision in the packaging workshop, get rid of the production environment of high temperature and noise, and save the manual handling cost. Gloves are transported for a long distance to achieve physical cooling and avoid sticking and wrinkles. The chain transmission structure realizes vertical lifting transportation and saves space.
